The founding document for the Coed Talylan Land Trust is the Society Rules. It is an adaptation of the “Somerset Rules” for a multistakeholder Community Benefit Society. These Rules outline the process of govenernance including election to the Board of Directors, quora for meetings and voting on decisions.
